Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EldenDrop account and select the 'Order History' section to submit a return request for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any promotional materials or accessories are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
